Elle appara\u00eet dans notre corpus visuel comme l\u2019h\u00e9ritage d\u2019un symbole de conciliation vassalique mais aussi comme la nouvelle \u00e9tape d\u2019un rituel amoureux, codifi\u00e9 par un ensemble de gestes.<\/p><p>Le baiser amoureux est la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape succ\u00e9dant traditionnellement \u00e0 l\u2019<em>immixtio mannum<\/em>, lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de l\u2019hommage. Elle puise son inspiration dans le rite de l\u2019<em>osculum<\/em> vassalique. Ce baiser donn\u00e9 sur la bouche, appelle un geste d\u2019\u00e9treinte. Les artistes soulignent souvent son importance en lui accordant une place au centre de la repr\u00e9sentation ou du registre concern\u00e9 par la sc\u00e8ne. La main pos\u00e9e sur la joue est un geste souvent f\u00e9minin qui positionne la dame en tant qu\u2019initiatrice du baiser. L\u2019enlacement relatif\u00a0 \u00e0 une volont\u00e9 de protection, comme la main pos\u00e9e sur la poitrine, significative d\u2019un d\u00e9sir de possession, sont, en revanche, des gestes caract\u00e9ristiques de l\u2019emprise exerc\u00e9e par l\u2019amant sur le corps f\u00e9minin.\u00a0<\/p><p>Le baiser d\u00e9termine le d\u00e9but des obligations entre un vassal et son seigneur et, de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on, scelle une promesse de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 entre la dame et son bien-aim\u00e9.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>L\u2019hommage, le don et le baiser sont les trois th\u00e8mes dominants situ\u00e9s au c\u0153ur de la th\u00e8se. Ils sont r\u00e9v\u00e9lateurs de pratiques rituelles ancr\u00e9es au sein du couple courtois. L\u2019hommage pr\u00e9sidant aux s\u00e9ries de notre corpus iconographique, marque la premi\u00e8re approche c\u00e9r\u00e9monielle entre l\u2019amant imp\u00e9trant et sa dame souveraine, le d\u00e9but d\u2019un service d\u2019amour qui lie l\u2019homme \u00e0 son aim\u00e9e jusque dans la pri\u00e8re conjurant son absence. Le baiser et le don scellent la promesse de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 amoureuse et le commencement de certaines obligations.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-66 elementor-top-column elementor-element
