Nous y abordons premi\u00e8rement la mise en sc\u00e8ne des loisirs cyn\u00e9g\u00e9tiques, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019esth\u00e9tique de la \u00ab\u00a0reverdie\u00a0\u00bb, puis la repr\u00e9sentation des tournois et des Pas d\u2019armes, entre manifestation d\u2019une bravoure ren\u00e9goci\u00e9e entre les sexes et reflets d\u2019ambitions culturelles au service d\u2019un pouvoir nobiliaire. Nous cl\u00f4turons cette \u00e9tude par l\u2019analyse des \u00e9preuves chevaleresques, issues de la Mati\u00e8re de Bretagne, et r\u00e9v\u00e9latrices de l\u2019abn\u00e9gation du chevalier envers sa dame.<\/p><p>La mise en images d\u2019activit\u00e9s et de luttes chevaleresques, fictionnelles ou r\u00e9elles, co\u00efncide avec le renouveau d\u2019un mod\u00e8le de courage et de courtoisie en vigueur au sein de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de cours du bas Moyen Age. Celui-ci met en avant le respect d\u2019un id\u00e9al d\u2019armes et amour, moralement ambigu envers le genre f\u00e9minin. La dame id\u00e9elle ou la femme noble du bas Moyen Age figurent dans bon nombre de repr\u00e9sentations mettant en sc\u00e8ne des rituels, amoureux ou guerriers, r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9s par un syst\u00e8me culturel de codes et symboles. Spectatrices distantes ou actrices du jeu, elles incarnent avant tout l\u2019enjeu d\u2019une conqu\u00eate courtoise, accompagnant parfois un engagement culturel et
